Fraud

At approximately 9:00pm, Lawrenceville Police received information about a possible credit card skimming device at the Washington Mutual Bank located at 3780 Old Norcross Rd.

While officers surveilled the location, they observed the possible suspected vehicle pull up to the location.  Officers watched as suspects removed the skimming device off the front entry door to the Washington Mutual Bank.  Three suspects were taken into custody and are charged with Financial  Identity Fraud and Possession of Financial Transaction Card Forgery Devices.

Shooting

At approximately 12:35pm, a concerned citizen saw a male bleeding from the neck near the entrance to the Lawrenceville Wal-Mart located at 1400 Lawrenceville Hwy.  The male, who appeared to have been shot in the neck area, was bleeding heavily and the citizen transported the victim to the Gwinnett Medical Center.  The driver then saw a Lawrenceville Police Officer and reported the incident.  It was later determined that the male was shot during a possible robbery.  The victim, who's identity has not been released, appears to be in stable condition.
